How can I rent a dining hall/cafeteria?

Pick up the application
form for the use of the university premises ("Antrag auf Überlassung
von Hochschulräumen").
Available from Ms. Maier at the Secretary's Office- Rektorate building,
Room 2051 (1st floor)

Get a confirmation
from the Studentenwerk that the premises are available ("Raum
steht zur Verfügung").
To be picked up at the Studentenwerk Augsburg, Eichleitnerstraße
30 (Old Univ.), Mr.Michel Coquio, Room 166 (1st floor), Mon-Thu 8
am - 12 pm and 1:30 pm - 3 pm, Fri 8 am - 12 pm, Tel: 0821 / 598-4913

Submit the application
for the use of the university premises ("Antrag auf Überlassung
von Hochschulräumen") for approval.
Get the other authorizations and submit the application to Ms. Maier
in the Secretary's Office (see 1.).

Submit the approved
application + Confirmation of order from a cleaning company (for the
particular dining hall/cafeteria) to the Studentenwerk.
Submit it to Ms. Kreissl. Note: the premises cannot be rented out
without the Confirmation of order!

Terms of Use - and it is all done! |
