The "Campus- Elterninitiative e.V." offers a regular day care service
for children in a total of seven groups. The groups for children
aged 1 to 3 years are open from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, the "Krabbelkrippen"for
children from 3 to 12 months of age are open from 8:00 am to 12:30
pm. All groups are supervised by qualified pedagogues. With respect
to the financial sources (financed by the Bavarian government and
the Studentenwerk Augsburg), the day care service is provided only
to parents enrolled at one of the Augsburg universities (it suffices
if one parent is a student), but employees of the university and
the Studentenwerk Augsburg can apply also. Each group (1-3 year
old children) consists of 12 children and is supervised by 3 persons
the children know very well.
The day care building is located on the campus. It is situated
in a one-level house which fits optimally into the surrounding landscape

The generously sized garden offers the children a quiet playground.
Another possibility is the day care during holidays: 4 to 10 year
old children can be supervised from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. For further
