The City of Augsburg's Service Center - Foreigners' Registration Office

Welcome to Augsburg Universities - Project

The heart of this novel project is the Service Center which was established to meet especially the needs of international students and scientists form the non-EU countries.

Thanks to this project, international students and scientists are supported in dealing with formalities related to their residence permits and helped with their applications. Guests are also offered advice prior to their arrival in Germany.

Located on the university premises, the new center is managed by the Foreigners' Registration Office. The employees at the Service Center have undergone a special intercultural training. To enable the residence permit formalities and related matters to run smoothly, an additional person has been hired especially for this project.

In this way, the Service Center considerably eases the path to Augsburg for students and scientists from the non-EU countries.

The Service Center of the City of Augsburg (Foreigner's Registration Office and the Advising Center of the Augsburg universities and the Studentenwerk = "Hochschulbetreuungsstelle") is located in Eichleitnerstraße 30, House F 2, 1st floor.
