Mentors for international students

b!st, the advising center at the Studentenwerk engages two students - so called "mentors" - as contact persons for international students. The mentors can help international students with their problems and try to facilitate better understanding between German and international students.

What are the responsibilities of the mentors?
	Passing on important information to international students: who can help you with your problems and how / Info + Event calendar
	Providing practical help - e.g. fitting the students up with used kitchen utensils for free, organizing a bike workshop, supporting the students in dealing with the authorities
	Organizing events - e.g. discussions on intercultural topics Organizing a weekend at a hut and a Shuttle-Service
	... and more....
